Care Instructions
Always follow the temperature instructions included with your CloudRest™ wrap.
For cold use, place the wrap in a clean freezer-safe bag and cool it according to the included directions. Check the temperature before applying it to your skin.
For warm use, heat only according to the included manufacturer directions. Never overheat the wrap. Always test the temperature before wearing it.
Wipe the exterior gently with a damp cloth and allow it to air-dry completely. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, puncture or place sharp objects near the gel-filled material. Remove immediately if the temperature or compression feels uncomfortable.

Will CloudRest™ fit my head?
The flexible, stretchable design is made to fit most adults. It slips over the head and rests snugly around the forehead, temples, eye area, sides and back without requiring straps or fasteners.
How long should I wear it?
Use CloudRest™ for short, comfortable sessions and remove it if it feels too cold, too warm, too tight or uncomfortable. Allow your skin to return to its normal temperature before another session and follow the instructions provided with the product.
How do I clean and store CloudRest™?

What’s the difference between the Standard and Double-Layer options?

What is your shipping and return policy?
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
